Dear Seven Pines Resident,

We want to first thank you in advance for your patience and support, while we have worked diligently with the St. Louis County Department of Public Health and CDC in preparing our swimming facility during this Pandemic. Swimming this year is going to look and feel different, but with your help in following the guidelines listed below we are confident we will have a safe and enjoyable summer.

Beginning June 15, 2020
• Residents will be required to show pool ID and confirm family COVID 19 waiver is completed and on file at the pool.
• Every day the pool will be broken up into three different swim sessions. This will maximize the ability for everyone to enjoy the pool. These will consist of the following times:
▪ Session 1   11:00 pm-1:30 pm
▪ Deep clean 1:30 pm-2:00 pm (everyone to vacate the entire pool area and take all personal belongings for deep clean)
▪ Session 2   2:00 pm-4:30 pm
▪ Deep clean 4:30 pm-5:00 pm (everyone to vacate the entire pool area and take all personal belongings for deep clean)
▪ Session 3    5:00 pm-9:00 pm
• Guests - Update (6/29/20): St. Louis County Health Department has increased Bather Load.  Residents can now bring guests to the pool  Guests will need a signed waiver to enter the pool area.  If the guest is a minor, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian BEFORE the minor comes to the pool.
• Residents will be turned away if the capacity has been met for that session. We will operate on a first come, first serve basis and will not be accepting reservations.
• This summer the residents will not be able to reserve the pavilion for parties and after hour pool parties will not be allowed.

Cleaning, Sanitizing and Disinfecting
• Hand sanitizer will be available
• Practice good hygiene, hand washing techniques
• Avoid the use of shared objects, such as pool noodles, kickboards, and flotation devices. In addition, discontinue use of shared objects that cannot be easily cleaned and/or come into contact with the face, nose or mouth, such as goggles, nose clips and snorkels.
• Swim club will close for 30 minutes twice a day to sanitize loungers, restrooms, tables and any high-touch surfaces, using EPA List N disinfectants
• Limited Snack Shack hours and only wrapped items sold

Please know, that we will be reassessing these guidelines constantly and they may change at any time at the discretion of the Seven Pines Trustees, Midwest pools, the CDC and the St. Louis County Department of Public Health. Should you have any questions with the foregoing plan, please do not hesitate to contact the trustees. We also encourage you to review the COVID-19 guidelines and information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html or Saint Louis County Public Health at https://stlcorona.com/ . We ask you to please remember that we are in a pandemic, these are mandated protocols that must be followed to not only obtain a pool permit from the county but to also maintain a pool permit for the swim season.

With much appreciation, Seven Pines Trustees
